About Metasis

A small team for systems that cross boundaries.

Metasis Media is a founder-led, distributed product systems studio. We work where product direction, interface design, software, data, automation, and delivery have to make sense together.

Our operating model

Close context beats layers of handoff.

Metasis was built around a simple idea: the people shaping a system should stay close to the people designing, building, and operating it. That keeps the business rules intact and makes difficult decisions easier to see.

Every engagement has direct senior leadership. The core team stays intentionally compact, and trusted specialists join when the work calls for them. Clients get real capacity without losing the accountability and continuity that disappear inside a large agency structure.

We are comfortable entering before the requirements are tidy and staying after the interface looks finished. The work is done when the system has a clear owner, reliable behavior, and a credible path into operation.

The team

Founder-led. Distributed by design.

Leadership stays directly involved while our core delivery team in Togo supports sustained product work and expands the hands-on capacity available to each engagement.

Studio principle
Small enough to hold the context. Broad enough to carry the system.

Additional collaborators join around a defined need—not as anonymous headcount.

How we make decisions

Principles you can see in the work.

01

Clarity before velocity

Make the product model, ownership, and hard decisions explicit before speed turns assumptions into expensive structure.

02

Whole-system ownership

Treat interface, data, permissions, integrations, migration, and release as connected parts of the same outcome.

03

Evidence over theater

Separate local, committed, deployed, and live state—and prove the boundary that actually matters.

04

Respect the operation

Design around the people, exceptions, constraints, and language that already make the business real.

Start with the real problem

Have a difficult system to untangle?

Bring us the workflows, edge cases, handoffs, and constraints. We will help you find the product hiding inside them—and carry it through to working software.
